2026 – Q2

Q2 across the long hot summer saw a different set of challenges, from the prospect of a Hot Weather Severe Weather Emergency Protocol to attempts to keep cool in the Access Project. The frontline workers of KCAH worked ceaselessly to provide support and solutions for every new and established registered client.

There was a greater number of new registrations across the period than in Q1 with a relatively static success rate of finding long term tenancies meaning our case load has grown during the 3 months.

Successes in the Access Project took the shape of income maximisation through benefit support and employment together with financial management strategies to avoid the accrual of debts.

A long term creative project at the bridge has proven popular with continued engagement from many participants.
