When we started digging into the last five years of data at KCAH, the results stopped us in our tracks. We looked at local population figures, cross-referenced them with the registrations of people who have come through our doors, and adjusted for age and vulnerability.

The result? A Kingston adult has a 1 in 6 chance of experiencing a housing crisis in their lifetime.
