2024 has been a pretty big year for fundraising at KCAH with the success of The Big Sleep Out which raised more than £32,500 (not including GiftAid) along with Steve Ramek and Sharon Young's marathon efforts, Dragon Boat racing and many others. There is always more to do and we ask you to help if you can!
There is still time to contribute to The Big Sleep Out where every £20, £10 and £5 makes a difference: https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/big-sleep-out-24
Sadly, we are seeing at least ten new people coming to register at our centre each week because they are either facing housing crisis or already experiencing homelessness. The demand for our services has never been higher and this is attributed to very high housing prices and other factors including the ongoing cost-of-living crisis. KCAH provides a beacon of hope for single adults within the Royal Borough of Kingston when they have nowhere else to turn.
Whether you are able to do a charity raffle, craft workshop and sale, charity walk or run, clothing drive and sale, community bake sale or other activity at your place of worship or any other setting: KCAH needs you!
We do currently have a place for the London Marathon 2025 and we are looking for someone with a large network who can aim to raise £3,000 or more for our vital service! If you are interested, please contact Dan using the contact details below.
If you are ready to do a fundraiser for KCAH, no matter how big or small, please contact us today at enquiries@kcah.org.uk or 020 8255 7400 and ask for Dan!
