Do you believe everyone deserves a safe and stable home? So do we.
At KCAH (Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness), we’re a small, dedicated charity with a big mission: supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across the Borough of Kingston. For over 30 years, we’ve been delivering vital accommodation and support services—and now we’re entering an exciting new chapter.
We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to help us grow our profile, develop a stronger community of supporters, and maximise our fundraising potential. This is a pivotal role in helping us create long-term, sustainable income that will allow KCAH to expand and enhance the support we offer.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and deliver a community and events plan to drive supporter engagement
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that reflect our mission and voice
- Play a key role in sharing our refreshed strategic vision with a wider audience
- Increase our reach, visibility and income through impactful communications
Why Join Us?
This is a fantastic time to be part of KCAH. We’ve recently reviewed our strategic objectives and are ready to share our vision with the world. With a busy winter schedule ahead, we’re excited to bring on someone who can help us grow our impact—and build something that truly lasts.
About You:
- A people person who’s collaborative, proactive, and full of ideas
- Passionate about making a difference in the community
- Skilled at building relationships with supporters and stakeholders
- Ready to lead, communicate and deliver with purpose
The Role:
- Permanent position
- Office-based in Kingston (some evening/weekend work required)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 (pro rata), depending on experience
If you're ready to make a real impact and help shape the future of a grassroots charity, we’d love to hear from you.
